Stan N. Finkelstein, M.D. is a Senior Research Scientist at the MIT and Co-Director of the Program on the Pharmaceutical Industry (POPI), and serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Health Care Policy at Harvard Medical. He received his Masters of Science and Bachelors of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering from MIT in 1971, and an M.D. from Harvard Medical School in 1975. Peter Temin is a widely cited economist and economic historian, currently Elisha Gray II Professor of Economics, MIT and former head of the Economics Department. Widely published, he has a BA from Swarthmore and a PhD from MIT.
