Keith Kozak manages the Usability Engineering Team for Dell Inc., which is part of the larger award-winning Industrial Design/Usability Engineering Department. His group consists of engineers and psychologists who specialize in interface design (both hardware and software) and conduct hundreds of usability test sessions a year.
Keith received his Master's of Arts degree in experimental psychology from New Mexico State University. A 13-year industry veteran, he began his career designing a "smart home" UI and worked on the first generation of PC/TV products. His current role focuses on improving product design and usability for all Dell-branded products and encompasses both consumer and enterprise endeavors.
