Sebastian Nokes is a management consultant and has written and edited several management books. In his management consulting work he advises senior executives and board members of British, North American, European and Australasian corporations on a number of strategic issues including project and programme management, governance and benefits realization. He regularly project manages projects and programmes of a range of sizes, from smaller projects to multi-million pound projects. He is a member of the PMI and has the Institute’s PMP certification.
