4.0 out of 5 stars Well written, but far from brilliant, May 1, 2008
Dont know whether I had read too many books of this kind or what, I cant remember much from this, except the impression of its being a short, easy reading, or even interesting self improvement book with strong emphasis on positive thinking, NLP and "massive immediate action". I am sure that people who seldom read self help books can learn much from it. However, for veterans who read regularly and keep on fighting against procrastination or simply inaction, satisfaction is not guaranteed.

Nevertheless, below please find some of my favorite points for your reference.

The right people turn up at the right time - so keep your eyes open. You never know, the person sitting opposite you on the train, or that friend of a friend could hold the answer to so many questions in your life. But if you dont talk to them, you'll never know. pg xv

I'm an avid reader of these kinds of books but found this one to be a bit of a redux of others books. Not that its bad, it has a good order and practicality to it but its like so many others with stop the negative attitudes, be positive, focus ... dont get the ninety day thing but maybe its just me. This book is definitely worth a read, with some great motivational ideas. Like other reviewers - I enjoyed the ideas about changing your attitude about things, and changing your ways to reach a new standard of your life, brilliance.

The kind of book that's easy to read, and skim through from time to time.
