Andrew is the Chief Executive of SofTools Limited-a specialist software company founded in 1998 that developed a leading-edge web-based platform sold under licence through strategic partners to Nokia, Centrica, and Bayer. Prior to forming SoFTools, Andrew worked as a management consultant from 1991. Projects focused on the design and implementation of corporae change, and clients included multinationals and small entrepreneurial firms, as well as public service organizations, such as trust hospitals, institutions, and political parties. Andrew has a total of eight business books to his name, including the bestselling "Strategic Thinking" and "Project Management" (Dorling Kindersley).

Companies that innovate successfully get six key things right. These are planning, pipeline, process, platform, people, and performance, and you need to get them right too.
