I knew some of what Lonnie teaches in these 'Truths', but it's easy to forget in the busy entanglement of everyday work. This is an easily accessible reference which I'm keeping handy at the office to put into practice in meetings and interactions. Lonnie has a direct and memorable way of saying it. He gets his point across!
